Emile Garcin Propriétés

60 years of real estate, and never standing still!

It was in the early sixties that Emile Garcin began to sell houses in the Alpilles and the Luberon, signing pre-sale contracts on the corner of a table! He has come a long way in six decades.

Emmanuel, Nathalie et Antoine poursuivent l’œuvre créée par leur père Emile Garcin.

Emile Garcin founded his company in 1963 in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. He is self-taught aesthete, and endowed with a particular sensitivity which means he is intuitively guided in the exercise of his profession by his need to understand human nature. He knows how to listen, guess at the unspoken, catch a glimpse of open or secret wishes and desires. He has all the qualities needed to succeed. And he certainly does succeed! After unsuspectingly starting a thriving real estate market in Provence, he developed his brand throughout the country. It now has 30 agencies in the regions of Paris, Bordeaux, Megève, Île-de-France, Normandy, Pays de la Loire, Brittany, the Basque coast, Périgord, Côte d’Azur, Provence and Corsica. But France quickly became too small, so Emile Garcin opened up internationally, setting up offices in Morocco, Geneva and Brussels, and finding correspondents in London and Los Angeles and partners in Portugal, Brazil, Qatar and the United States. Alongside this extension, Emile Garcin takes great care to pass on his love of the profession and his passion for beautiful brickwork to his children. The family adventure continues and develops with Nathalie, Emmanuel and Antoine together with more than 150 employees. The entire team has just celebrated the company’s 60th anniversary over a 2 days exceptional seminar held in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. It was a beautiful tribute to its founder, who passed away last year. Everyone will long remember the photos that illuminated the Les Baux quarry walls on the first day or the meetings and discoveries at picnics and games during the second more informal day.
