Making the summer last. Chef Eric Rabazzani proposes bistronomic dining out on the terrace: Mediterranean cuisine with tomato at its heart and basil and citrus fruit in abundance. The chef’s version of aïoli is sublime. Be sure to come before the Calancque Blanche closes for a major refurbishing, intended to make it an undisputed high spot on the Marseille foodie scene.
