This contemporary boutique hotel welcomes Pierrick Cizeron, a chef with impressive international experience and multi-faceted culinary skills. He has overseen all the Mondrian’s culinary offerings since February. Mr Nakamoto exudes a Mediterranean identity with a creative Asian twist, not forgetting sushi and rolls packed with fresh local flavours.
