Sunny. Les Mimosas, at the far end of Cours Saleya, is a brasserie bathed in sunlight where you can eat at any time of day. It’s the new must-go in Nice. Lemony ravioli, aioli, grilled sea bass, lamb chops, Socca, petits farcis and other local and Mediterranean specialities. At the helm is Guillaume Huntziger, a Parisian restaurateur who fell in love with Nice and its light. The place has been redesigned by local creatives under Nice-born Lucillia Chenel, whose parents have an antiques gallery. She has created a refreshing atmosphere with a white, green and yellow colour scheme and vintage and modern design items here and there.
