A meal fit for royalty. The Table du Chef in the stylish Hôtel Royal Riviera is a unique opportunity to enjoy the privilege of eating in the company of chefs Geoffroy Szamburski and Lucas Simoncini. You’ll be right there in the kitchen, at the heart of the action, to enjoy contemporary cuisine based on local ingredients. Local sourcing is at its most meaningful here. The tasting menu is a whirl of creativity: langoustine with celery, sorrel, sabayon, local olives, datterini tomatoes and tangy sabayon; San Remo prawns with oxalis and Menton lemon; lamb with gnocchi, local olives, datterini tomatoes and marjoram sauce. Lucas’ desserts are a perfect balance of gluten-free flavours with no added sugar: strawberries and colourful tomatoes with French toast, citrus segments in vacherin with garden mint.
