After Menton and Monaco, the three Michelin-starred chef has opened his committed, sustainable artisan bakery on Cours Saleya, offering organic bread made from “100% Nature®” ancient wheat flours and natural sourdough that’s easy to digest and very much alive. Nestled among local producers’ stalls in the colourful Vieux-Nice market, Mitron Bakery offers a wide variety of loaves, plus mouth-watering specialities, including Menton lemon tart and panettone – voted France’s best creative panettone – and seasonal sandwiches.
