The superb panorama seen from this restaurant up towards Bellet will blow you away. The young Nice-born chef Florian Mercadier trained in restaurants around the world, worked here and there his native region including three years with for Jacques Maximin, worked a while at a successful restaurant in the Caribbean. Came home to look for a place of his own, found this house, fell in love with it. Maison Bellet opened in May 2024. Florian buys from local producers and growers. His cuisine is precise and flavoursome, with a touch of Niçois tradition and a modern twist. Cod estoficada, beef picanhà, Niçois ravioli, Carros strawberries...
