Gourmet bistro

Gourmet bistro. Le Clovis is one of several excellent eateries in the delightful back-country village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Julien Bousseau has brought fresh energy and given the restaurant a new, light and airy dining room and an additional terrace with a stylish but unpretentious look like the open-air dance halls of yore. The kitchen has been enlarged and reorganised. The chef likes working with the best ingredients and does so with great skill, from cold cod in a creamy sauce to oysters in jelly and caviar cream or cod confit, baby broad beans, chorizo and fresh garlic emulsion.
