You can now enjoy delicious gourmet food in the picturesque medieval village of Massoins, thanks to the brilliant chef David Graziani at La Buona Mangiuca. His mature, creative gourmet cuisine celebrates the produce of the valley below. Diners delight in the lobster tartare with tapenade made from olives from the garden, the luscious artichoke soufflé with sabayon and parmesan or the Mediterranean sea bass with local courgettes and a lemony butter emulsion. There are surprising desserts like the lime granita with absinthe baba. Add to all that the all-round mountain vista and the result is pure happiness.
