The Corsican master ice-cream maker who's the darling of top Michelin-starred chefs (not least Paul Bocuse) has just opened a shop and kitchen in Monaco. In his minimalist space, Geronomi makes and sells his latest ice-cream inventions using rigorously selected produce. You'll find seasonal sorbets and ice cream with unusual flavours (caviar, cigar, Veuve Clicquot champagne, Belvedere vodka) alongside creations inspired by his travels (black garlic from Aomori in Japan, Iranian lemon, Buddha's hand) and his native Corsica (wild flowering plants like l'Immortelle and myrtle, sweet chestnut flour, Brocciu cheese).
