LOULOU RAMATUELLE
Recently revamped in Burberry colours and open until 30 September, Loulou on Ramatuelle beach transports its guests to somewhere between the Hamptons and Capri. The Marco Polo on Théoule beach has been going for three generations. With the new chef, Olivier Mortagne, the food has a Mediterranean slant. Live bands on Thursday and Sunday evenings.

It harks back to the ‘fifties but offers all modern comforts. The beach restaurant of the 5-star Carlton Hotel, redesigned in 2020, features a free kids’ club for customers, creative cocktails by head barman Nicholas Bartlett, a live band at lunchtime and a DJ every evening from 6pm to 1am, until end August.
