This beach version of the Bocca Nissa restaurant on Cours Saleya is decked in pale wood and wickerwork. It shakes up restaurant conventions with its photogenic dishes made from well-chosen and well-sourced ingredients. Savour the traditional set menu (starter-main-dessert) or go à la carte: sea bass carpaccio, truffled ham Foccacia with pistachio nuts and spicy pickles, a copious fritto misto to dip into the luscious spicy mayonnaise, or hummus with spiced lamb and beef. The ideal menu for sharing round a table, or for dipping into as you laze on a sun lounger. From 6pm Thursday to Sunday lunchtime there’s music courtesy of the resident DJ.
