More than a beach restaurant, it’s the whole Negresco way of life: luxury on the beach, screened by lavish greenery. Like a garden. A stylish restaurant where you can taste the freshness of the locally-sourced ingredients and enjoy the creative precision of the Negresco’s Michelin-starred chef Virginie Basselot and the skills of the beach restaurant’s chef Sébastien Volontier. In the evening it becomes a lounge, with cocktails skilfully shaken or stirred and delicious sharing platters. The tone is refined, relaxed and serene. This year there are shower cubicles and changing booths worthy of a 5-star hotel, a new menu, and attentive service under Thomas Joossen’s management. N La Plage is unique, with Qualité Tourisme accreditation and the Clé Verte certificate for eco-responsible management.
