The wildest
This idyllic spot has been run by the Vestri family since 1945 and has lost none of its wild and authentic character. At lunch, guests can enjoy the welcome shade of the pine trees and taste the delicious cuisine served up by the new Italian chef, who skilfully enhances line-caught fish, lobster, and crayfish, as well as delicate crudo dishes. As the afternoon draws to a close, guests can move upstairs to a brand new bar, ‘Lulu’s’, which has a majestic glass roof where you can revel in the stunning sunsets of Cap Ferret. Every evening from 6 p.m. to midnight, indulge in creative cocktails and tasty tapas while the in-house DJ spins your favourite disco tunes. Finally, head down to the water’s edge to try a freshly-prepared, succulent dish from the wood-fired grill.
