One of the Riviera’s most famous beaches. For the past 39 years it’s been run by the celebrated Ali, who has known the region’s leading artists and collected art and decorative stuff from near and far. He has made his restaurant a warm and proudly individual art space with paintings and sculptures mingling harmoniously with old church woodwork and objects if all kinds. This year he has teamed up with a local artist to offer guests a unique immersive experience. People have been coming here for generations for the fresh Mediterranean fare and frequent creative additions (the seafood platter) and exotic influences with the new executive chef Denis Gamard. At the Bains du Castel, young chef Antonio Di Michele works wonders with seafood and the day’s local catch.
