Just a stone’s throw from Gilbert Vissian’s African Queen restaurant, this beach with its pretty Balinese décor managed by his daughter Angélique and son-in-law Frédéric Rosso, emerged from the sand at the foot of the Beaulieu cliffs. And it’s through this sun-drenched venture that they have chosen to share their vision of service: a mix between French-style hospitality and Balinese generosity. As for gastronomy, this Eden emphasises Asian cuisine - pad thai shrimp noodle salad, tuna sashimi, salmon poke bowl, Balinese-style nasi goreng – as well as local fishing.
