Boasting uninterrupted views over the Bay of Cannes, the restaurant is renowned for its Mediterranean cuisine oscillating between land and sea: Burger Roll with pulled beef, Grilled octopus with smoked aubergine caviar or monkfish Bourride with shellfish. Every day, as soon as the sun goes down, the bartenders whip up cocktails, whose secrets are theirs alone, to sip in a jazzy, chill or more party atmosphere that will carry you through to dusk.
