A magical setting. Tucked away at the foot of the ramparts, below the Château de Théoule - opened just last spring - the Millésime Group’s private beach offers panoramic views out to sea, where fine sand meets lush vegetation. Chef Nicolas Boucher takes you on a Mediterranean culinary tour in a setting that’s all about simplicity. Seafood specialities, locally sourced produce and homemade dishes – the cuisine here reflects the terroir, combining gustatory pleasure with healthy eating. Pissaladière, salade niçoise, homemade terrines and rillettes, rockfish soup and Mediterranean sea bass take pride of place – alongside platters of fine seafood – all accompanied by an ultra-premium selection of wines.
