Internationally renowned designer Sam Baron has transformed this spot into an authentic Mediterranean beach club, giving it a cheerful, elegant Côte d’Azur feel. The tone is set in Provençal letters as you walk in –L’Amour à La Plage! A mural pays tribute to Posidonia, a type of Mediterranean seaweed. The complex, which includes a restaurant, a bar, a spa area, and a boutique, is designed to be contemporary and glamorous. On the flavour front, chefs Rocco Seminara and Bilal Amrani put fresh, seasonal produce from the Bagatelle group’s biodynamic vegetable garden to good use. The sophisticated land-and-sea cuisine offers a host of culinary delights, including “flame-seared red mullet, Taggiasche olives, and lemon basil”. And you can enjoy original cocktails with herbs, fresh fruit, and vegetables by the pool to the sounds of live music!
