Fabien Cowen’s boutique boasts collections of leather goods, accessories, jewellery and decorative items showcasing craftsmanship from all around the world. The ideas come to him in Marseille, then he chooses his range of skins in Italy, including shagreen, nubuck, shell, handwoven cashmere and even crocodile, all his favourites. Finally, the craftsmanship is entrusted to small-scale artisans in Thailand. “It’s all about encounters that breathe life into an insatiable desire for independence and creation.”
