Personalised advice.The Belgian interior design lifestyle brand offers a home decoration service. Known as “Flamant at home”, it is very simple: after an initial interview, an advisor from one of the brand’s stores arranges an appointment at the customer’s home for a personalised analysis of their space. The designer then creates a full-scale plan using a selection of furniture from the store. The cost of the service is transformed into a gift voucher for the same amount if the customer goes ahead with the plan. All change!
