The watchmaker is reinforcing its Provençal presence by opening its first boutique in the city. Now boarding!

The aviators’ brand again takes centre stage by landing on Rue Grignan, making this street a fortiori Marseille’s “golden triangle” with its luxury, fashion, watchmaking, and jewellery boutiques. “This retail space responds to the brand’s popularity with our clientele. A logical continuation of its development and reinforcing our collaboration,” states Frojo, the Swiss watchmaker’s partner for this first boutique in Marseilles. The store has an ‘American cool’ attitude, with skateboards accessorising the displays. The walls are brick, and the ‘industrial chic’ displays a mix of wood and steel. This 50 m2 concept store showcases the brand’s three universes: land, sea and, of course, air – a life-size aircraft propeller hangs on the wall!

Product news-wise, the recently redesigned Superocean Automatic collection is well worth a look. New hands, different colour dials, different diameter cases, rubber or steel straps, and stainless steel or bronze cases are bound to delight fans of this self-winding diver’s watch. Breitling’s great classics are also available, starting with the Professional Endurance Pro, Chronomat and Super Chronomat lines, not forgetting a few exclusives, including the Top Time Deus and Top Time Triumph.
