The Biot International Glass festival, on show in Biot’s municipal exhibition space, reveals the astonishing potential of glass as a medium in the hands of an artist or a skilled craft worker. Glass is Biotiful IV especially spotlights Finnish glass artist Renata Schirm, known for her experimental techniques, and designer Jean-Baptiste Sibertin Blanc, artistic director of Cristallerie Daum. This is top-level stuff.
