Throughout the summer the hotel is opening up its secret garden, inviting locals and visitors to enjoy a delicious meal in a veritable cocoon in the heart of Nice. This delightful, protected and preserved garden – imagine 600m² of greenery in the city centre! – even has a bougainvillea-surrounded swimming pool at its end, and an aviary of budgerigars. Paradise! Here chef Mohamed Gabsi, a Maître Restaurateur, amuses himself titillating our senses through a cuisine that evolves day by day but with unchanging diligence: organic-only produce and Mediterranean flavours.
