The Cannes luxury hotel's bar is hosting "night dates" dubbed I Love Food N'Mix since the concept brings great music and food together. On the decks, a familiar nightlife figure: well-respected DJ Uncle Jim's, whose electro sets skilfully soundtrack a chef's and a barman's on-the-spot creations. Before your very eyes the former prepares tapas (e.g. lamb confit for 48hr with truffled potato, poached quail's egg on puréed beetroot and caviar), the latter original cocktails based on vodka or champagne. Fridays and Saturdays from 7pm until late.
