After Club 55 and the Mareyeur restaurant in Grimaud, Altier has spent the last five years at La Bastide de Saint-Tropez – a reference! Generous, inventive and meticulous, his cooking takes us on a journey packed with Mediterranean colours and tastes, from Italy through Provence and Camargue to Catalonia. His signature dish?
