La Ferme d’Augustin

A place to recharge your batteries

This bijou hotel, a short walk from Pampelonne beach, exudes Provençal authenticity combined with stylish elegance. It is the first hotel to have a swimming pool equipped with the revolutionary Sublio e-biotechnology system. Sublio water rejuvenates the skin and refreshes the mind.

The entrance gate leads into a luxuriant Mediterranean garden shaded by magnificent umbrella pines. The tone is set: peaceful, enchanting, inviting you to unwind and step out of time. In this green haven discreetly tucked away on the Saint-Tropez peninsula stands La Ferme d’Augustin, a welcoming hotel on a human scale. It feels like home, but with 4-star services at hand. The welcome is friendly, a tradition upheld since the 1950s when Augustin invited passers-by, tourists and celebrities to dine with him. The family spirit still holds sway. Augustin’s grandson Christophe Vallet joined his parents Ninette and Gilbert in 2003 to help run the show. Today, with the hotel recently renovated, he greets guests with heartfelt warmth. The 17 rooms and 29 junior suites look out to the sea, the garden or the countryside. Each one is stylishly decorated with southern touches such as terracotta floor tiles, period furniture and pictures, Pierre Frey fabrics and Provençal embroideries.

Rejuvenating Sublio pool

La Ferme d’Augustin is dedicated to your wellbeing. For taking care of yourself, it offers meditation at sunrise, Vinayasa, Yin and Sculpt yoga on the beach and energising paddle trips. But the must-have experience you really shouldn’t miss is the Sublio pool, its water enhanced by a ‘hyperionisation’ process. This revolutionary e-biotechnology takes hair and skin care into a new era. You’ll feel the benefits after two or three dips in the pool: smoother, plumper skin, energised microcirculation and revitalised hair. The process is 100% natural, and its efficacy has been scientifically proven by ten biology and genomics studies. A truly rejuvenating boost, which you can follow up with a workout on the hi-tech equipment in the gym or a session in the hotel’s Fleurs de Coton treatment centre. There, expert hands await you for a neuromuscular massage, Renate França or Belly Revolution massage, lifting facial massage, Japanese Kobido facial massage, or Olivier Claire body sculpting and massage.

Healthy gourmet cuisine

At La Table d’Augustin you’ll enjoy relaxed, delicious meals in the dining room, under the wisteria on the terrace, or in the garden. This is healthy, sunny cuisine made from fresh ingredients: fresh fish, and ingredients sourced from trusted local producers who use integrated farming methods. The hotel’s kitchen garden provides fruit, vegetables and herbs, and the estate also produces olive oil and Clos Bellevue rosé wine. The desserts are as good as the rest: they are made with natural birch bark syrup (Natsuc) for sweetness. Combining tradition and innovation, La Ferme d’Augustin fulfils its promise.
