Korean beauty secrets

K-Beauty is a winning combination of tradition and innovation. Korean cosmetics have set the standard for skincare in much of Asia. Points of sale are few and far between in France. Another option is to buy online, but delivery times can be long and delivery costs prohibitive. With this in mind, three young women – Zohra Bozec, Deborah Farassi and Marguerite de Saxé – decided to launch the K-Beauty Cosmetics brand in 2022. “Korean brands are at the forefront of cosmetic innovation, releasing new collections every two months – and they’re bursting with creativity,” they explain. The team trained in the Land of the Morning Calm to develop in-depth knowledge of Korean culture. You can now buy products from 50 brands on their e-commerce site and in their boutique institute in Nice. Zohra deals directly with Korea to source the best natural and high-tech products at unbeatable prices, backed up by Marguerite, a pharmacist specialising in toxicology. Deborah teaches layering in the boutique. This famous Korean skincare routine involves applying make-up remover, cleanser, essence and serum, eye contour cream, day/night cream, BB cream or sun cream one on top of the other in just 7 steps and 10 minutes. All contain ingredients that get the job done – retinol and hyaluronic acid – as well as more unusual ingredients – snail mucin – and traditional ingredients – ginseng and rice extract. Enjoy these rituals at home or in the beauty salon, which has a diagnostic device for in-depth skin analysis and advice on specific treatments (peels, Korean lifts, and more).
