The completely reinvented Riviera Marriott is flaunting a bright new face and a distinctly bohemian concept, with hedonists rolling in to enjoy the latest urban-chic hangout: the Bolinas restaurant with its terrace along the marina quayside. The ambience is cool and relaxed, the decor a composition of rugs, colourful pouffes, rattan tables and many-hued greenery, a perfect setting for the sunshine-inspired cuisine that chef Julien Perrier concocts out of local seasonable produce.
