Tuck into a meal cooked by Matthieu Dupuis Baumal, the new chef at Domaine de Manville in Baux-de-Provence

This chef puts the flavours of the Alpilles and all Provence on your plate: the taste of orchards and market gardens, of lamb from the hills, the traditional Friday aioli and artichokes barigoule. He takes inspiration from the local area to create a sun-drenched menu: shredded crab and roast langoustine; Sisteron lamb with stuffed tomato and crispy aubergines.
