Yoyo Rooftop, Provence is revisited with elegance

A new rooftop has just opened in Auriol: Yoyo, a restaurant perched facing the Sainte-Baume, designed by Violaine Mondejar and Steve Cochon, with chef Philippe Alloux in the kitchen. The venue offers contemporary, generous, and local Provençal cuisine, through sharing plates and signature dishes such as Agatha's croquettes, thyme and citrus ceviche, rack of lamb with parsley, or flambéed prawns with pastis. The 300 m² panoramic terrace, designed by architect Laureen Putzolu, offers a sunny and friendly atmosphere, ideal for lunch with friends, an after-work event, or an evening out. More than a restaurant, Yoyo is a place for sharing and conviviality, with an offering ranging from gourmet meals to "on the go" options. Finally, why "Yoyo"? A sweet, simple, and evocative name. Like a return to childhood, to joyful and carefree memories. A regressive nod to those suspended moments that we love to relive, around a large table, in the sun.
