The pâtissier known for his chiselled creations with couture visuals has just opened his luxury boutique-tasting room in Nice. Julien Dugourd is back with a new collaboration after designing an elegant cake for the Christian Dior perfume house featuring Vanilla Diorama fragrances. His brief this time was to create a gourmet version of the latest BR 01 Cyber Skull Bronze watch for Bell & Ross. The chef, an avid watch enthusiast, has created a real work of art and a truly tasty timepiece: a chocolate-caramel cake using the watch’s stylistic codes and skull and crossbones emblem. You’ll find it in his new shop window in Nice.
