Pierre-Jean Quinonero rejoint le Chef du palace étoilé Yoric Tièche pour créer les pâtisseries des restaurants Le Cap*, La Véranda et le Club Dauphin. Chef Pâtissier à l’Hôtel Burgundy Paris depuis 2021, il affiche à 29 ans un brillant début de carrière, déjà récompensé : prix Passion Dessert par le Guide Michelin 2023, Pâtissier de l’année 2023 par La Liste, Champion de France du Dessert en 2021...
