Olivier da Costa, the prolific entrepreneur and creative force behind trendsetting concepts world-wide (Lisbon, Sao Paulo, Bangkok), has taken up residence on the roof of the brand-new 5-star hotel in Nice. The décor, with its Art-Deco accents, alcoves, glass roof and play of light, invites you to enjoy a moment that is both intimate and open. Discover an eclectic cuisine swirling between Asia and the Mediterranean –sashimi, gyoza, black cod and Wagyu beef in tagliata – with a 360° view of the colourful Old Nice buildings, the sea and Jardin Albert 1^er. The signature cocktails, with local and travel influences, are prepared with passion by head barman Marco Stella.
