Encountering Indonesian flavours. This restaurant is just one of those small, authentic neighbourhood addresses offering exotic flavours that will tickle your taste buds. Jenia and Didier welcome you to their rumah (house in Indonesian) in the Musicians district after living in Indonesia for 11 years. The cosy decor tells a story without being cliché. Enjoy fresh home cooking with tingling spices: crispy Lumpia rolls with peanut sauce, the inevitable Nasi Goreng, and Rendang Daging from Spice Island (beef, coconut milk with spices and turmeric leaves). Not to mention Karis and Satays, those small skewers reminiscent of the Indonesian night markets.
