Starting in October, both restaurants have truffle on their menus: poached egg gratin and white truffle, beef tartare à la piémontaise, Parmesan and white truffle cream, turbot fillet with port and white truffle sauce, pasta or risotto with hazelnuts, Parmesan and white truffle, and more besides.
