Pierre Baldelli opened Chez Pierre in Monaco’s Métropole Shopping Center in Spring 2022, with the help of his sons Marco and Luca; a restaurant inspired by the chic Parisian bistros, with impeccable service and a fresh “no frills” menu. Pierre Baldelli moved to Monaco in 2012 after eight years at Cipriani London to open Cipriani Monte-Carlo for Flavio Briatore, where he built a loyal following of demanding local and international customers.
