Le Glouphile boasts a welcoming interior and an unusual collection of wines and spirits. You’ll find the world’s top benchmark products here, from Pedro Ximénez de Malaga to Pata Negra from acorn-fed pure-bred Iberian pigs, and mozzarella made in Naples exclusively for the Glouphile. There are more than 700 wines to go with the bread, cheese, cold meats and a few hot dishes – matured beef rib steak, Iberian pluma, prime Galician beef and gratin dauphinois with porcini mushrooms.
