Michelin-starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Eric Fréchon, offers very Riviera cuisine his way, with a view of the luxurious yachts moored alongside the quay. Although the golden sand is not far away, the chic straw hut decor evokes Tropezian-style summer with its seductive bohemian dishes, including some new ones: Spicy gambas fritters with chilli garlic and yuzu, Lobster refreshed with a crushed avocado gazpacho, Coquillettes for spoilt children (ham, Comté cheese and black truffle), Mediterranean sea bass cooked in foil with shellfish and artichoke... And the signature desserts: soufflé with Grand Marnier and giant baba with old rum and whipped cream.
