His grandparents were farmers and market vendors at the Sanary-sur-Mer market, passing on to their family a deep connection to the land, the seasons, and local produce. The chef has built upon this heritage, blending Provençal authenticity with Calabrian influences, before evolving it into a culinary expression that truly reflects his own style.

Here, the menu is intentionally short, a true promise of freshness. Everything is made on-site, from the amuse-bouches and homemade bread to the petit fours. Without artifice or unnecessary showmanship, the cuisine seeks above all to enhance the ingredients, with precision and creativity, sometimes daring to try unexpected combinations.
