We love to look at it, admire it, dip our toes in it, contemplate it. But what if, for one morning, we took care of it? On Saturday, March 28th, starting at 10:00 AM, the Gusto Family is organizing its big day of cleanup, sorting, and raising awareness on Galet Beach. Alongside the Nice Diving 06 diving school, the initiative brings together volunteers, sea lovers, and curious minds to act together – both on the beach and underwater. Because preserving the coastline begins with collective action, several partners are joining the movement.
Numerous organizations are participating in the event. During the morning, Tricyclette Design will lead creative workshops and create a collaborative artwork using recycled materials. The Metropolitan Area's Cleanliness Mediation Service will provide equipment and an awareness stand focused on waste management. The Nice Environment Center will offer a creative workshop centered on Boccaccio seashells, along with games for children. The Sea & Mountain Discovery Center will analyze the collected waste to better understand its impact. Last year's event attracted a large number of participants. Join us again this year for this friendly, engaging, and meaningful event in support of the Bay of Angels.
