The Café des Fleurs, which disappeared a few years ago, has been reborn as the Grand Café under the management of Panorama Group. Located at the entrance to Cours Saleya, opposite the flower market, this venue evolves throughout the day to accompany every moment from morning until midnight.
At 7 a.m., the coffee shop opens with a real barista extracting perfectly brewed Italian coffee. Croissants, eggs, toast, homemade pastries by chef Jeanne Cohen, and freshly squeezed orange juice are also available. Lattes to go finally allow you to enjoy a good coffee while strolling along the Promenade des Anglais.
The midday cannon sounds and the kitchen takes over. Chef Imer Isejni (formerly of Louis XV under Alain Ducasse) mixes great classics and local flavors: carpaccio, truffle croque monsieur, XXL Milanese escalope, generous ruota di carro pizzas, small stuffed Niçoise vegetables, homemade panisses, perrugines on soft focaccia.
The afternoon transitions into tea time with red fruit pavlova, chocolate caramel tart, Paris-Brest to share, and "Lemon in Bloom." In the evening, the bar transforms into a theater of the senses with signature cocktails paying homage to painters – The Rose in the Glass, The Sensual Escape – lavender, sake, rose, yuzu.
A south-facing terrace with 170 seats, Studio Pano décor featuring bouquet-shaped arches, patinated woodwork, and a range of Mediterranean blues. And above all, continuous service 7 days a week.
