A collaboration of excellence
After conquering Monaco and then New York, the brilliant Michelin-starred chef Antonio Salvatore is setting out to conquer the Emirates by opening Rampoldi as a pop-up. This is an exceptional collaboration with Luca Rossi, executive chef of Signor Sassi Dubai, a restaurant recognized as "the jewel of Italian cuisine." Both originally from southern Italy, they know each other well and share the same passion for excellence. Starting November 12, Il Giardino Di Sassi, a place inspired by the villas and gardens of Lake Como, will give way for 5 days to Il Giardino Di Rampoldi. Guests will discover the Monegasque art of living in a green setting, with an elegant and musical atmosphere. It will showcase the full Rampoldi identity between red and white, the colors of the Principality. Chef Antonio will offer his signature dishes: Beef Tartare with Caviar, Tournedos Rossini, and a new dish created for the occasion, Ravioli Cacio e Pepe, with raw red shrimp and bottarga, not forgetting the unmissable Soufflé. And on Sunday, closing this culinary event, an unforgettable gourmet brunch will be served.
