As part of the collective initiative "Monaco, Capital of Advanced Yachting," La Belle Classe Academy caters to yachting professionals with a comprehensive 360° program dedicated to the industry's careers and structured around Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Navigation, the art of service, etiquette, and onboard protocol are taught according to internationally recognized standards. The Yachting Masterclass program is notably accredited by the International Association of Maritime Institutions (IAMI), while several technical courses are certified by the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), a global leader in nautical training. This dual recognition confirms the excellence and relevance of the instruction provided by the YCM.  Listening to the new generation, La Belle Classe Academy also offers the Summer Yachting Camp, an immersive program organized every summer at the YCM. Open to all young people aged 16 to 22, with no prerequisites, this camp offers a deep dive into the world of yachting. For one or two weeks, they discover how to pilot motorboats and jet skis, first aid, meteorology, nautical knots, safety at sea, and various nautical and recreational activities. Supervised by professionals, they acquire practical skills and recognized certifications such as the RYA Powerboat Level 2 or the RYA Personal Watercraft. A formative experience to discover careers in yachting, gain confidence on the water, and inspire future vocations.

These modules help to train the sailors of tomorrow, to support enthusiasts and professionals in the nautical field, particularly through the YCM Yachting Student Fair dedicated to discovering yachting and maritime professions, and to strengthen the Principality's international profile.
