The Delta Festival sets its sights on Rio

This summer, Marseille won't just be looking towards Brazil… it will be experiencing it. From July 23rd to 26th, the Delta Festival returns to the Prado beaches with an edition that promises to be the most spectacular in its history. The biggest festival in the South of France will be decked out in the colors of the Rio Carnival and invites festival-goers to trade their simple entry wristband for feathers, sequins, and extravagant costumes.

Speaking on 6 scenes, more than 200 artists will take turns performing, including electro, rap, house, techno, hard techno, afro and Latin sounds.
Among the first names announced are Kungs, Franglish, Trinix, Adèle Castillon, Acid Arab, Benny Benassi, Cerrone, Patrick Mason, and Matt Sassari. But this edition is not just about its musical lineup: batucadas, parades, a Brazilian village, food with Rio flavors, and a best costume contest will transform the Prado beaches into the biggest open-air carnival in France.
Not forgetting the return of World of Possibilities, the festival's engaged stage which will once again bring together several hundred actors, entrepreneurs, athletes, artists and personalities to debate major societal issues.
