Something never before seen at the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival

After a 47th edition dedicated to records, the 2026 lineup promises something truly unique in Monaco, with a flying trapeze act featuring sixteen artists performing on two rails – a rare feat! – and a juggler who juggles with his feet. " We will witness an extraordinary balancing act, where in the hand-to-hand routine, the artist's partner is a robot; a duo between man and machine ," explains Urs Piltz, a true custodian of the event, having been appointed artistic director by Prince Rainier himself at the time. Founded in 1974, the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival blends tradition and modernity, showcasing acrobatics, juggling, and BMX. And the New Generation Festival, dedicated to the younger generation, continues the adventure.
