Rugs and kilims adorn the entrance to this institution. Saïd showcases everything Tunisian craftsmanship can do over three floors, the top of which is dedicated to a trendy café. Across the hall, the small ethnographic museum extends upstairs into a terraced antique shop. Saïd knows everything about everything in the medina and offers an all-in-one experience.

The Sharecropper's Cabin introduces us to the seasonality of the work of maintaining and harvesting this fruit. The short educational tour ends with a visit to the shop, where a wide range of derivative products (syrups, jams, caramels, chocolates, etc.) is supposed to cure us of all the ills of the earth. The Café Terrasse welcomes us for a moment of relaxation, all summarizing the world of the Phoenix dactylifera (date palm).
