Four courses, two choices at the heart of the journey, all for €65: Zeniro presents an Omakase menu that travels from Japan to the Mediterranean.
The menu begins with crispy eggplant and salmonejo sauce, followed by chu-toro tuna tataki with basil miso sauce, and then a selection of nigiri. For the main course, choose between black cod with orange miso or Angus ribeye with amazu ponzu sauce. To finish, choose between apricot-lavender baba with apricot-shiso sorbet, or strawberries and shiso with yogurt cream and meringue.
A food and wine pairing is offered as an additional €30.
