Starting September 14, the Mr. Nakamoto restaurant at the Mondrian Cannes is reviving its Sunday tradition. Brunch is back with a €78 adult menu that combines indulgence and relaxation overlooking the Mediterranean.
Executive chef Pierrick Cizeron orchestrates a buffet where Asian influences and local produce seamlessly blend together. Pastries and crepes sit alongside sushi and ceviche, while an outdoor egg bar serves classic Benedict and Florentine dishes. Regional cheeses, charcuterie, and homemade desserts complete the menu, with a menu that changes depending on the availability.
The real plus? It's obviously the setting: 4000m² of gardens overlooking the sea where families spread out in the shade of palm trees.
