The brasserie spotlights France this year through a list of eight signature cocktails made with ingredients produced in France, mainly Provence. Christened simply "French Cocktails", the capsule collection was concocted by talented Marseille barman Bastien Besnier under the watchful eye of a Yona Etienne Berg keen to uphold France's cocktail tradition.

Gaspard
Edouard Giribone sensed the way the wind was blowing so decided to ride the cocktail wave, asking genius barman Benjamin Colombani to author the drinks list and serve behind the bar while he himself cooks up yummy tapas and nibbles that his privileged clientele never tires of. Decor by mother and sister from the neighbouring Honoré shop. The crowds are piling into this hotspot-to-discover.
